Quest of Heroes at Ayala Museum

The four moons have aligned and cast a shadow of darkness over the land. The ancient gods have gathered to give the mortals a chance to save their world from destruction. They will open a portal at the Ayala Museum on October 27 and they are calling for brave heroes to go on a quest to save the world!

 

Ayala Museum and Mystery Manila team up to bring you Quest of Heroes, an epic pre-colonial mystery adventure filled with challenging puzzles and mind-boggling clues waiting to be solved during your night at the museum. This pre-Halloween event is scheduled on October 27, 2017 (Friday) from 7:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.

Ticket prices:

Php 850/head : Regular fee per head
Php 760: Group rate per head (5-8 tickets)
Php 700 : Ayala Museum Members, Ayala Group Employees, ARC Card holders.

The National Museum Celebrates International Museum Day

The National Museum joins other museums around the world in celebrating International Museum Day by offering tours and activities to guests and visitors on Thursday, May 18, 2017. This year’s theme is “Museums and contested histories: Saying the unspeakable in museums”.

Admission to the National Museum is FREE of charge. The museum is open Tuesdays to Sundays, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The International Museum Day celebration at the National Museum will kick-off with a FREE Contested Histories Tour in the morning and end with a Doodling and Lettering Workshop for Mothers in the afternoon. In solidarity with the National Museum’s event, a talk will be given by Luisito T. Evangelista, PhD, at the Launching of Mobile Boxes Exhibit in Subangan Museum, Davao.

The Lopez Museum & Library Offers 2-Day Free Admission

In celebration of International Museum Day, the Lopez Museum and Library will offer free admission on Thursday, May 18, 2017, and Saturday, May 20, 2017. There will be thematic tours on Saturday, May 20, focusing on the current exhibition “Pauses of Possibility” and showcasing selected materials from the library collection in relation to the International Museum Day theme, Museums and contested histories: Saying the unspeakable in museums.
